Paul joined AHP in 2001 and became Vice President of Human Resources and Administration in 2009. Paul has been an integral part of managing our rapid growth, he has experience in acquisitions, organizational redesign, training, recruitment, compensation management and employment relations in both corporate and manufacturing environments. He served as Vice President of Human Resources for Pameco Corporation for 10 years an additional 10 years with John H. Harland Company in various operations and human resources positions. He has a Business Degree from Kansas State University.
